Worst Moments in Network Security

I was wandering through my newsletters and stumbled on this little gem. It's a list of the so-called "ten worst moments in network security." I'm not sure I agree 100% with the list, but within the context of each event, they were certainly seen as the "worst" of the day. Imagine, though, a day when sending a spam was considered a significant violation of network security! I'm looking at my junk email box, which I cleaned out 3 hours ago, and it already has 61 new...wait...make that 63 new messages.

I have to wonder if anyone else out there has other major security breaches they'd add to the list? I think I would have added credit card or identity theft, and would have expected the biggest sources of such thefts would all be banks. I was a bit amazed, after some digging, to find AT&T and Sprint in the top five!
